Abstract (en)
The dispenser has a holder for a supply (4) of a foil (5), and a removal opening (6), where a separator (10) separates the foil along a separating line (13). A holding down clamp (9) holds the foil and is designed stationarily, where the clamp is assigned to the holder. The clamp is arranged between the supply and the separating line and at a side of a separating line facing the supply. The clamp is from plastic e.g. polyethylene.
