Abstract (en)
The punch (10) has its cutting face equipped with transverse parallel projections (10d) in the shape of teeth on either side of a central bore (10c) forming four chip zones. The teeth lie at a tangent to the bore, with the chip zones located between and outside the teeth, which have a curved surface (10e) in the form of a cradle between them.
