[origin: WO2005095739A1] A screw lock for use in the clamping of a door lock in a door leaf is formed by two legs with through holes which are connected with a circular connecting part. It is ensured with the screw lock according to the invention that a door lock is always clamped well in a recess in a door leaf, without the lock feeling loose. This good clamping is also ensured in the cases where the holes in the plates of the door lock disposed closest to the bottom of the recess in the door leaf are configured as elongate recesses.
