Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1737082A2] The device has a safety locking mechanism (12) made of an insulating material and receiving a battery cable (BK) that has a connection contact provided with an opening, where the contact is attached on current pins. The pins have a head section displaced from its end section by a ring-shaped recess. The locking mechanism is attached on the cover after plugging of the pins, and engages with adjacently arranged arms in the recess.
