Abstract (en)
The drum has a compact unitary assembly (E) including a main axle (1) with ends integrated to rolling units (4) that are respectively fixed at the level of lateral cheeks (2, 3). The axle has fittings for attaching articulated slats and coupling units to a rotary driving unit. The axle is constituted of a hollow shaft interiorly providing rigidity ribs, and the cheeks include guiding units to guide the slats.
