Abstract (en)
The device has a sealing unit that is movable into a rotor gap. The sealing unit is formed as a circular inlet lining (5) from a flexible rubber-like material. A circular hose diaphragm is arranged in the sealing unit. The hose diaphragm (6, 7) is chargeable with pressure fluid by an actuator unit. The inlet lining is held in a circular recess in a compressor casing, where the inlet lining is manufactured from silicon rubber. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling the width of a rotor gap in a compressor of a turbo-engine.

Eine Rotorspalt-Steuervorrichtung (2) für einen Verdichter einer Strömungsmachine (1), insbesondere eines Flugantriebs, welche einen Rotor und ein den Rotor unter Ausbildung eines Rotorspaltes (8) umgebendes Gehäuse (3) aufweist, wobei die Rotorspalt-Steuervorrichtung (2) ein in den Rotorspalt (8) hineinbewegliches Dichtelement und eine Aktuatoreinheit aufweist, wobei das Dichtelement als in Umfangsrichtung verlaufender Einlaufbelag (5) aus flexiblem, gummiartigen Material ausgebildet ist, in welchem zumindest eine ebenfalls in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Schlauchmembran (6,7) angeordnet ist, die durch die Aktuatoreinheit mit Druckfluid beaufschlagbar ist. Hierdurch wird betriebsbedingter Degradation durch Erosion, Alterung, etc. entgegengewirkt. Als Resultat wird der Wirkungsgrad erhalten und der Pumpgrenzabstand beibehalten.
