Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1739360A2] The method involves dividing phases of a heating schedule into temporal sequential units which are in the order of 30 seconds. A gas burner (9) is operated within a minimum time for ensuring its complete ignition in order not to release non burnt gas in a cooking chamber. The minimum operating time of the burner during the temporal sequential units is 10 seconds, and a rest time of the burner after the operating time is in the order of 20 seconds.
