[origin: WO2005108021A1] The invention relates to a system which is comprising an electric razor (1) and at least one accessory (2, 18) that is arranged on the razor (1) in a detachable manner. The razor (1) has a shaving head (4) comprising a short-hair cutting device (5) that has at least one perforated upper blade (6) and at least one lower blade interacting with the upper blade (6). The accessory (2, 18) has two opposite retaining arms (12) that can be locked into place on the razor (1). The inventive system is characterized in that the accessory (2, 18) can be placed on the shaving head (4) of the razor (1) in such a manner that it projects from the razor (1) in the area of its retaining arms (12) and that the retaining arms (12) can be locked into place on the razor (1) by swiveling the accessory (2, 18) while the accessory (2, 18) continues to rest against the shaving head (4).
