Abstract (en)
[origin: AT412818B] The heating and/or hot water heating system has a heat pump (24) with an external cooling circuit with a heat exchanger washed through by rain water from a cistern (11). The heat exchanger is constructed from a row of segments which each have a feed and return collector which are interconnected by the individual tube-form or plate-form, parallel extending heat exchanger elements, and which are washed through by cistern water and by cooling medium of the heat pump. The feed and return collectors of adjacent segments have opposite flow directions and are controlled by an electronic control unit (35) receiving signals from temperature sensors (32,33). An independent claim is included for a method for the operating of a heating and/or hot water heating plant in which a cistern is filled with preferably rain water and then passed through a heat exchanger.
