Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2005088493A1] The invention relates to a method for optimising transport missions. According to said method, at least one location-dependent transport parameter is detected, and probabilities are determined for said parameter, providing the basis for the optimisation of the transport mission. The invention also relates to a system for optimising transport missions, said system comprising detection devices for detecting at least one location-dependent transport parameter, information devices that are embodied in such a way as to inform users about a possibility for optimising the transport mission, taking into account the at least one location-dependent transport parameter, and calculation devices that are embodied in such a way as to determine probabilities for the at least one location-dependent transport parameter, the information devices also being embodied in such a way as to inform users about a possibility for optimising the transport mission, taking into account the probabilities.
