[origin: WO2005109349A1] The invention relates to a system for the real-time verification and the marking of valuable documents or security documents. The valuable document or security document contains at least one security feature and is applied to a support that is moved relative to a verification sensor by means of a conveying system. The safety feature comprises at least one security feature. In the event the verification sensor verifies the authenticity of the security feature, it outputs a signal to a marking system for effecting the marking devaluation.
