Abstract (en)
The mechanism has a fan (5), having outlets (13,14) as well cooling or fire extinguishing agents provided within range of its discharge opening. The cooling or fire extinguishing agents have a tank (10) and a conveyer system (11). The fan has a hollow axle (19) or hollow shaft, which is provided as an outlet of a central supply for the cooling and or fire extinguishing agents in the range of the fan discharge opening (6).
