[origin: EP1742243A1] The pressure switch (1) has a housing (2) with a media connection (3). A stepped plunger (4) is movably located in the housing. An end (5) of the plunger facing away from the media connection interacts with a spring (6). Another spring (8) is located on an end of the plunger where the media connection is located. The plunger is moved against the spring forces of the two springs (6,8) so as to make a normally open, normally close or change over contact function of the pressure switch.
