[origin: WO2005112686A1] The inventive pliers comprises two branches (3) provided with metal ends (2) for seizing small objects, wherein the maximum width of two branches (3) is greater than half average pressing surface of the thumb of an middle height adult user when the pliers are used and the maximum length of said two branches (3) is less than the average length of the thumb of a middle height adult user. Even a person with reduced dexterity is enabled to easily seize said pincers between two fingers for closing it. In addition, the width of the branches (3) makes it possible to prevent said pliers of sliding between the user's fingers and/or unintentionally turning when they are closed even strongly or incorrectly.
