[origin: EP1595542A1] The present invention is related to the use of a compound of the general formula <CHEM> wherein R is methyl, ethyl, ethyl substituted with one or more fluorine atoms, or cycloalkyl-(C3-C7)-methyl optionally substituted with one or more fluorine atoms or benzyl optionally substituted with a group selected from phenyl, furanyl and thienyl which groups are optionally substituted with 1-3 substituents from the group hydroxy, halogen, C1-4-alkoxy, C1-4-alkyl, cyano, aminocarbonyl, mono- or di-C1-4-alkylaminocarbonyl; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and prodrugs thereof, for the manufacture of a composition for transdermal administration by iontophoresis.
