[origin: EP1743546A1] The device has a plastic tube (2) containing a fluid product and a blocking unit (7) containing a compacted anti-wrinkle powder. The unit is mounted in a removable manner on the tube, and has an opening for collecting the powder. A product applicator (14) e.g. brush, is mounted in a removable manner on the unit (7) to close the opening. The applicator is moved in a lateral sliding manner with respect to a longitudinal geometrical axis of the tube and the unit for applying the powder. An independent claim is also included for a method for make-up using cosmetic products contained in a cosmetic or skin care product packing and dispensing device.
