[origin: EP1743701A1] A plunger pipette, for use with disposable pipette tips, has an adjustment mechanism (38) as an outer thread at the holder (41) and a coupled calibration lever (46). The calibration lever is an indicator in relation to a scale (49) in relation to the cylinder (5), with a circular diaphragm (48) and slit (47) covering the scale at the outer circumference of the housing (2).
