The unit has profile units (13) arranged at outer peripheries (3, 7) of panes (2, 6) of a surfaces unit (12), where the panes are spaced from each other by a separator (10). The separator is connected with a surface of the units by a layer (15) of adhesive agent, which is an adhesive (14) that is selected from a group having silicon, polyurethane, polymer and hybrid adhesive, below formation of edge connection in a force-fit manner. An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing a glass unit.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Glaselement (1), insbesondere Fenster oder Tür, mit Profilelementen (13), insbesondere aus Kunststoff, und mit zumindest einem Flächenelement (12) umfassend zumindest zwei Scheiben (2, 6), insbesondere aus Glas, mit jeweils einer inneren Oberfläche (5, 9) und einer äußeren Oberfläche (4, 8), wobei die inneren Oberflächen (5, 9) einander zugewandt sind, und die Scheiben (2, 6) durch zumindest einen Abstandhalter (10) unter Ausbildung eines Zwischenraums voneinander beabstandet sind und einen äußeren Umfang (3, 7) aufweisen, an dem die Profilelemente (13) angeordnet sind. Der Abstandhalter (10) ist mit zumindest einer Oberfläche der Profilelemente (13) über eine einzige Schicht (15) aus einem Haftvermittler unter Ausbildung eines Randverbundes kraftschlüssig verbunden.
