Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2005116043A1] The invention relates to a compound having formula (I), wherein: X = O, S or -CH2-; B = a purine or pyrimidine base; L1, L2, = an oxycarbonyl, thiocarbamate, carbonate and carbamate group, an oxygen atom, or together form a ketal or thioketal group; R1, R2 = a linear or branched alkyl; and R3 = a group selected from hydroxy, amino, phosphate, phosphonate, O-alkyl phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, O-alkyl-phosphatidylethanolamine, O-alkylphosphate, thiophosphate, phosphonium, NH2-R4, cyclodextrin group, NHR4R5 or NR4R5R6, in which R4, R5 and R6, = H or an alkyl or hydroxyalkyl radical or a group having formula (II), wherein V and W = bond -O-,-S-, or -NH-, Z = R3, R1 or R2, n = 1 to 500, and A1 and A2 = alkyl at C1-C5 or acyl at C1-C5, and, if necessary, the counter-ion is selected from among tosylate, halide, nitrate, sulphate, sulphonate and thiosulphate. The invention also relates to the use of compounds having formula (I) for the transport and/or delivery of biologically-active molecules or macromolecules.
