[origin: WO2006061674A1] The inventive sealing device (1) for a timepiece crown wheel comprises a cap (2) having an annular part (3) fitting and resting on the periphery of the crown wheel (5) cabochon (4) against a seal (6). Said cap (2) is pivotable about the protection shoulder (7) of the crown wheel (5) of a timepiece case (8) and is provided on the end thereof with a locking catch (9) which receives a ring (10) fixed to a fastening arm (12). Said fastening arm (12) makes it possible to apply a sufficient pressure of the cap (2) on said seal (6) by a simple leverage when the fastening arm (12) end is introduced into a receiver (15).
