[origin: EP1745869A2] Radial press comprises parallel tie rods (1, 2) and a pressing tool (8) consisting of two tool parts (8a, 8b) pivotably mounted on press yokes (3, 5) about a common pivot axis (AS-AS) via coaxial pivot bearings (S1, S2) parallel to the axis of the tie rods. The pressing tool can be pivoted in an infinitely variable manner using a hand wheel (12).
