Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a sanding tool comprising a housing (1,1b), a drive unit (2) mounted in the housing. An eccentric device (4,4a,4b) is mounted eccentrically on the drive shaft (22) and a sanding (7,7a,7b) shoe is mounted on the eccentric device at the base of the housing. The sanding tool further comprises a restraining element (3,3a,3b) flexibly mounted on the housing and a coupling-decoupling element (6,6a,6b) movable relative to the housing (1,1b). The coupling-decoupling element (6,6a,6b) moves to selectively decouple/couple the restraining element from/with the sanding shoe to perform random orbit sanding or regular orbit sanding.
