Abstract (en)

The triple cutter transports the block to the head and foot cutting points (A, B) and in the next cycle on to the front cutting point (C), transporting it over the actual cutting position and then pushing it back. The edges are then separated, e.g. by suction, and pushed into narrow diversion channels, The front of the interior is then cut under almost full pressure. The edges are subsequently pulled out of the diversion channels.

Klappenbroschuren mit vorstehenden oder bündigen Umschlagklappenkanten werden in einem Durchgang in einem Zwei-Stationen-Dreischneider geschnitten. Der Block wird vorzugsweise mit dem Rücken voran in die Kopf und Fußschnitt-Station (A,B) und nach erfolgtem Schnitt im nächsten Zyklus weiter in die Frontschnittstation (C) mit einem Überhub (X1) über die eigentliche Schnittposition hinweg transportiert und sofort wieder um diesen Betrag (X1) zurückgeschoben. Dabei werden die Umschlagkanten durch Koanda-Effekt, Sauger oder mechanische Teiler vereinzelt und durch den Rückhub in schmale Ausweichkanäle (16a,16b) geschoben. Dann erfolgt der Frontbeschnitt am Blockinnenteil bei nahezu vollflächiger Blockpressung. Danach wird beim Austransport des blocks aus der Frontschnittstation (C) die Umschlagklappe (K) wieder aus den Ausweichkanälen (16a,16b) herausgezogen.
