Abstract (en)

A method is described for generating heated liquid under increased pressure, wherein the liquid is sucked from a reservoir (1) through a suction line (2) by a pump (5), and wherein the liquid is heated by means of at least one first heat exchanger (4) arranged in the suction line (2). Further, a device is described for generating heated liquid under increased pressure, comprising a liquid reservoir (1); a pump (5), of which an input is connected to the liquid reservoir (1) through a suction line (2); and a first heat exchanger (4) arranged in the suction line (2). The device has two output lines (7;8) connected in parallel to an output of the pump (5); and a second heat exchanger (11) arranged in a first of these output lines (7). Thus, the liquid flow delivered by the pump (5) under increased pressure is divided into a first subflow and a second subflow, wherein the first subflow is further heated by the second heat exchanger (11).
