The method involves changing at least one of the parameters on which the permissible carrying load depends so that the speed of the parameter change is reduced continuously or in stages before a parameter value is reached at which the permissible carrying load corresponds to the actual load. The parameters can be the position of the crane, the boom length, the boom angle, the rotational angle of the rotary platform. The difference between the actual and permissible load is preferably a constant value.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Krans, dessen zulässige Traglast von einem oder mehreren veränderbaren Parametern abhängt, wobei die Veränderung wenigstens eines der Parameter derart vorgenommen wird, dass die Geschwindigkeit der Parameterveränderung kontinuierlich oder stufenweise verringert wird, bevor ein Parameterwert erreicht wird, bei dem die zulässige Traglast der tatsächlichen Traglast entspricht.
