Abstract (en)
Production of a knitted spaced textile (A) on a knitting machine involves supplying trapped, stitched and non-stitched threads in the formation of at least part of the stitches on at least one of the knitting sites of the knitting machine. An independent claim is included for a knitted spaced textile (A) obtained by the process, having outer and inner textile surfaces and an intermediate spacing structure consisting of spacing threads, on mutually facing internal faces of the textile surfaces, formed from knitted mono- or multifil threads.
