[origin: DE202005011851U1] The arrangement has a base (10) in the form of a concrete block, a pillar (12) and fishplates for connection of pillar with the base at an upper side of the base and at a lower end of the pillar. The fishplates have boreholes that are aligned together on the base in the mounting position of the pillar, and bolts are provided for connecting fishplates that are associated to each other by driving them into the aligned boreholes.
