Covering strip (1) comprises a wall-closing profile (2) having an elongation profile (6) protruding over the bent section of a floor-closing profile (4) which is flush with the wall-closing profile on the floor. Preferred Features: A foil hinge (5) running in the longitudinal direction of the strip is arranged between the wall-closing profile and the floor-closing profile forming an angular section. The elongation profile is made from a hard material.

Es handelt sich um eine Sockelleiste (1) in der Ausführungsform einer Weichleiste mit Wandabschlussprofil (2) und abwinkelbarem Bodenabschlussprofil (4). Das Wandabschlussprofil (2) weist ein über die Abwinklung des Bodenabschlussprofils (4) hinausgehendes Verlängerungsprofil (6) auf, welches bei abgewinkeltem Bodenabschlussprofil (4) in Flucht mit dem Wandabschlussprofil (2) auf dem Boden (3) aufsteht und vertikal angreifende Kräfte aufnimmt, so dass das Bodenabschlussprofil (4) momentenfrei bleibt und nicht hochklappen kann.
