The pivoting part is pre-tensioned by a spring element (16) of the holding part behind the edge of the support element. Preferred Features: The holding part has a stop (17) for the pivoting part. The stop can be adjusted. The pivoting part and the holding part have corresponding hooks and recesses for delimiting the pivoting region of the pivoting part.
