Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1748143A2] The roller shutter has a rise and fall hanging curtain or shutter which moves in guide rails (5) attachable to the sides of the opening. The guide rails and the overhead box (6) form separate assembly units whereby the box can be fitted onto the guide rails through a pivotal and/or sliding movement and can be secured against displacement outside of the guide rails. The front box has on the underneath short positioning pins (15) which can be inserted into a channel socket in the associated guide rail so that the box can be hung by a corner between the pin and its lower edge on the front upper edge of the channel sockets. The pins can then be swivelled into the socket.
