Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2005115758A1] The invention relates to a method and a device for the adjustment of the transfer of printing ink and a method for application of said device. According to the method for adjustment of a transfer of printing ink, a first roller (54), arranged in an inker unit (42), transfers printing ink to a form cylinder (43), whereby a temperature is adjusted on the outer surface of the first roller (54) by means of a temperature control unit (57), comprising an adjuster device (37), said adjuster device (37) adjusts a temperature to be set on the outer surface of the form cylinder (43) by mean of a temperature control unit (58). Said temperature control units (57, 58) adjust a parameter of the printing ink, whereby a first parameter of the printing ink is adjusted by means of the temperature set on the outer surface of the first roller (54) and the temperature set on the outer surface of the form cylinder (43) adjusts another second parameter of the printing ink transferred to said form cylinder (43). The parameters of the printing ink preferably relate to the viscosity and the tackiness thereof.
