[origin: EP1749790A2] System has a stay rod (10)and an adjusting piston that is retained in an adjusting cylinder, whereby the stay rod is fixed to the arm (40) in its first end region and engages with the adjusting piston in its second end region. The stay rod has a first and second connecting means spaced from each other in the longitudinal direction of the stay rod. The adjusting piston has a first and second connecting means spaced from each other in the movement direction of the adjusting piston. The connecting means are so provided, that the stay rod can be connected with the adjusting piston by the connecting means. An independent claim is also included for crane.
