[origin: EP1749922A1] The carrier plate or plate segments have circular-arc-shaped elevations (9) and recesses (10), where a part of the elevations is continuously arranged as a circular arc form. The cross sectional shape of the elevations and/or recesses is implemented in rectangular, triangle, trapezoid or round form. The height and/or depth of the elevations and/or recesses is radially increased from inner side to outer side. An independent claim is also included for a device comprising two circular plates.
