Abstract (en)
The device has a mount (24) provided with a holding frame (22) for a transport container (18), where the holding frame extends along side surfaces of the transport container. A hand-wheel is connected with a winding core independent of the holding frame, and has a counteractive coupler (38) that works together with a coupler in the winding core for directly coupling the wheel to the core. The wheel has a circulating hand rail (44), where the diameter of the rail is smaller than the cross section of the container.
