The device has at least one gas tap (7) for a gas burner (1) with an associated electromagnetic valve (13) with a valve pin (23) for opening and closing a gas path (15) to the gas burner and a position sensor (23,29) that detects actuation of the valve and passes a corresponding opening signal to a controller (5). The position sensor is arranged in a housing wall of a housing of the electromagnetic valve, detects movement of the valve pin and correspondingly produces the opening signal. An independent claim is also included for a gas tap for an inventive device.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Gaskochfeld mit zumindest einem Gashahn (7) für einen Gasbrenner (1), dem ein Elektromagnetventil (13) mit einem Ventilstößel (23) zum Öffnen und Schließen eines Gaswegs (15) zu dem Gasbrenner (1) zugeordnet ist, und einem Positionssensor (23, 29), der eine Betätigung des Elektromagnetventils (13) erfasst und ein entsprechende Öffnungssignal an eine Steuereinrichtung (5) leitet. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Positionssensor (23, 29) in einer Gehäusewand (53) eines Gehäuses (21) des Elektromagnetventils (13) angeordnet, erfasst dieser eine Bewegung des Ventilstößels (23) und erzeugt entsprechend das Öffnungssignal.
