[origin: EP1750082A1] A probe includes a housing (3) over which tubular sensor holders (4) are located which fold out to lie radially with respect to the longitudinal axis of the housing. Sensors (12) are provided on the ends of the sensor holders. The sensor holders are fixed in their rest position by a releasable fixing element. The sensor holders comprise two or more tubular arms which are slidable over each other in a telescopic manner. A device ensures that the respective sensor holders are only extended when in the folded out position.
