Abstract (en)

The system has a terminal (4) disposed on a platform (11) and comprising an antenna for detecting a radio frequency identification badge worn by mobility impaired person. The terminal has a radio transmission unit for transmitting detection information of the badge towards a reception system of a vehicle. The reception system has informing units to inform driver of the vehicle about the presence of the mobility impaired persons who are detected by the terminal. The terminal is disposed at proximity of a post (19) comprising a solar panel (18) and an antenna (9) connected to the terminal.
