The system has multiple laser units that are downstream of the quality control system. The laser units ablate a portion of preprinted printing ink in a printed impression in case of fault or when the given tolerance value exceeds or remove through vaporization or lead to color change by laser beam during preprinted extra color. The beam is directed to a print substrate by a glass fiber bundle.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Qualitätskontrollsystem zur Überwachung von Druckbogen. Mit dem System sollen als fehlerhaft erkannte Drucke gekennzeichnet werden. Zur Kennzeichnung von fehlerhaften Druckbogen ist vorgesehen, mittels einer Lasereinrichtung kennzeichnende Merkmale, spezielle Teile oder Flächen des Druckbogens so zu verändern, dass eine einfache Erkennung fehlerhafter Bogen möglich wird.
