Abstract (en)
The antenna has a housing consisting of a dielectric material, a lower part (1), an upper part. The housing has an opening for feeding a cable (7) for transmission of high frequency signals. The cable is sealed opposite to the housing with a sealing unit (8). The lower and upper parts have outer and inner side walls (5, 6), where the sealing unit extends over each outer and inner sidewall. The side walls have openings for feeding the sealing unit with the cable. The sealing unit is material-conclusively connected with an outer casing of the cable. An independent claim is also included for a method of assembling an antenna.
