Abstract (en)

The apparatus is particularly for the fixture of despatch and storage documents to packages. It comprises a basic body (1), to which all functional parts are fixed. The hand lever (2) is rotatably located on the basic body, with the bearing pin (6) forming the bearing axis. A pressure pin (7) is connected to the hand lever. When the hand lever is pressed downwards the pressure pin tensions a leaf spring (5), which at one end is fixed by a cylinder screw (12) and a spring plate (11) to the basic body. Its other end supports on a striker bolt (4) so that the spring force is transmitted to it. The striker bolt and the leaf spring are slotted and positively engage in one another. In the starting position, the location of the striker bolt is secured by a retainer, which comprises two securing balls (10) moved by a securing spring (13), arranged in a hole in the basic body. The striker bolt also has a hole, through which the securing balls can slide. By pressing the hand lever downwards, a releaser (8) is moved upwards by a drive pin (9).
