[origin: EP1754670A2] The device (1) has a palette-like sub-frame (20) for a replaceable inner plastic container (2) and a grid envelope (13) with horizontal and vertical metal grid bars (14,15). The ends of the vertical bars are welded to horizontal profiles. The flat pressed upper ends of the vertical grid bars are attached in a force- and shape-locking manner to a peripheral bridge formed on the upper edge of the grid envelope.
