A building is assembled from pre-fabricated components including a modular floor structure (1) with a surrounding U-section frame (2) and U-section sheet steel beam (3) link fittings both embedded in adjacent sections. The prefabricated floor further has a layer of thermal insulation under the concrete slab floor that also serves as disposable shuttering for the floor casting process.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verbund-Bodenelement (1) für in Modulbauweise erstellte Gebäude. Das Verbund-Bodenelement (1) gemäß der Erfindung umfasst einen Rahmen (2) und Querträger (3) aus Stahl-Profilen, wenigstens eine Dämmstoff-Isolierung und wenigstens eine auf die Isolierung aufgebrachte Betonschicht (6), wobei die Isolierung als verlorene Schalung für die Betonschicht (6) dient und wobei Profile des Rahmens (2) und der Querträger (3) teilweise von der Betonschicht (6) formschlüssig aufgenommen werden und mit dem Rahmen (2) einen tragenden Metall-Beton-Verbund bilden (Figur 2).
