[origin: EP1754946A2] The heat exchanger collector has a collector tube (10) with a number of openings for heat exchanger tubes (120, 125) and a number of protrusions (30) on the end of the collector tube for holding an end element. The protrusions form an opening, e.g. a semicircular opening, at each end of the collector tube : Independent claims are also included for (A) an air conditioning system (B) and a motor vehicle with a heating and air conditioning system with a heat exchanger.
