[origin: WO2005119240A1] Disclosed is a contact holder (20) for establishing a clamping contact between at least one electrical contact surface (15) and an electrical conductor (16) which lies thereupon, especially for contacting the connecting lead (17) on a sensor element (12) of a probe used for detecting a parameter of a test gas, particularly the exhaust gas of internal combustion engines. Said contact holder (20) comprises at least two pressing members (21, 22) that are made of electrically isolating material and a clamping element (23) which grips said pressing members (21, 22) in order to generate a pressure acting thereupon. In order to be able to more easily assemble and produce the contact holder (20), the pressing members (21, 22) are embodied in a monolithic assembly module (25) that is provided with a central receiving hole (32) for the contact surface (15) and the conductor (16) while being defined in relation to each other by means of predetermined breaking points (26) which are used for separating the same following assembly.
