[origin: WO2005114563A1] The invention relates to an indicator for a device for dispensing a liquid or powdery product, said indicator comprising an actuating element (1) that can be axially displaced between an idle position and an actuating position, a rotatable (5) counting element (5), and a driving element (6). According to the invention, the driving element (6) transforms an axial displacement of the actuating element into a rotary displacement of the counting element (5), the counting element (5) comprising teeth (9) which co-operate with elastic means (7, 8) of the driving element (6). Said elastic means (7, 8) are provided with at least two flexible tabs (7, 8), at least one first flexible tab (7) co-operating with the teeth (9) of the counting element (5) in order to rotate the counting element (5) in a counting direction when the actuating element (1) is displaced from the idle position thereof towards the actuating position thereof, and at least one second flexible tab (8) co-operating with the teeth (9) of the counting element (5) in order to rotate the counting element in the same counting direction when the actuating element (1) returns from the actuating position thereof to the idle position thereof.
