Pivot drive for construction arranged on base stand such as operation table or dentist's chair. The construction has a drive mechanism (24,28) arranged on the stand. The drive mechanism is put on to the lower side of a covering plate (18) fixed to the stand and comprises a drive member (22) which moves in and out through an opening (30) on the covering plate.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schwenkantrieb für einen auf einem Untergestell angeordneten Aufbau, wie etwa einen Operationstisch, einen Zahnarztstuhl oder dergleichen, mit einem im Untergestell angeordneten Antriebsmechanismus (24,28;38,40,42). Der Antriebsmechanismus ist an der Unterseite einer gestellfesten Deckplatte (18) des Untergestells angebracht und umfaßt ein durch einen Durchlaß (30,46) der Deckplatte (18) aus- und einfahrbares Antriebsglied (22,44).
