The cover has a wall and a flange or guide (17) that is connected to an edge of the wall of a cover (14). A casing partially surrounds the body, and a sleeve (20) covers and overlaps the flange or the guide of the cover wall from outside. The sleeve is formed from a single pre-cut part.
