Abstract (en)

The connector has a housing with a partly opened lower part (5) and a cover (6) for an exterior closure, where the lower part is attached at a disk of a motor vehicle. The lower part exhibits circulating lower and exterior upper edges (8, 9). A water sealed double sided adhesive tape is provided on the edges, and has a protective film on outwardly opened adhesive tape side. A connection region water-tightly leads through over the housing, so that the electrically conductive connected solder region is designed as a solder dump that projects over a partly opened region of the lower part. An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing a motor vehicle that is provided with an electrical device such as heating panel and antenna.
