The inventive front wall lining is characterized in that the sound absorber (2) has a longitudinally relevant fluid resistance ranging from 6 to 40 kNs/m<4> while encompassing a plastic frame (3) which provides the front wall lining (1) with self-supporting properties and is formed by spraying or pressing the pressed fleece material from the rear. Said plastic frame (3) is provided with at least one rung-type connecting strip (5) on which at least one integrated means (8) for fastening a cable, a hose line, or a functional part to the front wall lining (1) is configured.
