[origin: WO2006000412A1] The invention relates to a collapsible sliding bearing, especially in a smart card reader or smart card connector, comprising at least one claw-shaped spring arm that allows for a collapsed position and a locked position. The spring arm is provided with a journal in the collapsed position such that the spring arm can be pivotally moved about the journal. In order to switch from the collapsed position to the locked position, the spring arm is longitudinally moved on the journal. The spring arm rests on the journal in such a way that the respective position is securely maintained.
